We want you to have the time you need to discuss your healthcare, without feeling rushed. Please allow approximately one and one-half hours for your initial patient consultation and appointment.
To ensure your comfor during your appointment, our office hosts a variety of special measures. These include heated instruments, cushioned exam tables, an indicator system designed to reduce wait time, and Wi-Fi in the reception room for our patients' use.
While our goal is to see patients at their scheduled appointment time, the doctor can occasionally be called to do a delivery or to see a patient with a medical emergency. If an emergency arises, we will do our best to notify you prior to your appointment, however that is not always possible. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
We appreciate 24 hours notice if you can't make an appointment. We understand things come up and will be happy to reschedule you.
Billing & Insurance
Please bring your insurance card to each visit. Co-payments are due at the time of service. Any deductible or non-covered charges will be your responsibility.
If you do not have insurance or are receiving medical care that is not covered under your benefits plan, you will be considered a self-pay patient. Self-pay patients are expected to pay for their visit in full the day of service.
